WDG | Architects Engineers provided Architectural, Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing Design services for the renovation of an existing motel. The project consists of a two-story interior renovation and a partial exterior renovation.  The scope of the renovations included new interior and exterior finishes, new plumbing fixtures, and new lighting. In addition, one existing guest room was converted into an ADA-compliant room with a new ADA bathroom.  Exterior stair handrails and guardrails were updated to meet code requirements.
