WDG provided Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and Fire Protection Engineering Design services for the renovation and adaptive reuse of an existing 3-story, 12,000-square-foot building located at 300 S. Rampart St. in New Orleans’ Central Business District. As part of the design effort, the former office building was converted into an 8-unit multi-family residential apartment building for short and long-term rentals.
