WDG | Architects Engineers and Moore Industries are working as a design-build team for an approximately 165,000-square-foot warehouse expansion. This addition will double the client’s existing bagging warehouse area and provide additional men’s & women’s restroom areas for employees. The project’s scope also includes two additional buildings. A new 600-square-foot switchgear building will provide space for additional electrical equipment, and a new 3,100-square-foot office building expansion will include new locker rooms, restrooms, and a large break room. Design services include Architectural, Civil, Structural, Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing Engineering.WDG | Architects Engineers provided Planning, Architecture, and Engineering Design services for the design of a new 30,000-square-foot facility on Shintech’s 1,100-acre industrial campus in Plaquemine, Louisiana. WDG teamed up with a local contractor to provide the owner’s preferred design/build project delivery method. The new building will serve a variety of functions including office/administration space, material storage, and a large mechanical work area. Due to the surrounding campus being in continuous operation, careful staging of the construction of this facility has been an important design parameter during the project.WDG | Architects Engineers provided Architectural and Engineering Design for a

WDG | Architects Engineers provided Architectural and Engineering Design services to Moore Industries for the design of the Shintech G805 Warehouse Building. Design services include Architectural, Civil, Structural, Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing Engineering.WDG | Architects Engineers provided Architectural and Engineering Design services for a new blast-rated building that is approximately 45,440 square feet. WDG has developed a trusting relationship with Shintech over the past seven years. Our services were provided as part of a design/build collaboration with multiple contractors, to deliver over twelve new buildings for the client. These projects have ranged in size, scale, and complexity to include projects from minor 600-square-foot additions to 40,000-square-foot warehouses. The Central Control Room project includes a switchgear room, panel rack room, laboratory, control room, and other typical office spaces.
