WDG | Architects Engineers is providing Architectural and Engineering Design services to Nathaniel Phillips for the Sugar Pine multifamily redevelopment project. The project scope will include rezoning for eight existing nonconforming lots. Once each application has been approved, WDG will prepare and submit separate permit drawings for seven existing multifamily buildings plus a single unit within a four-unit building. Each building includes four units ranging between 1,200 and 1,700 square feet.
