WDG | Architects Engineers was selected by the New Orleans Public Belt Railroad’s Board of Directors to provide architectural and engineering services for the restoration and addition to the organization’s 100-year-old facilities. Located in Uptown New Orleans along the riverfront, work consisted of the Administration Building, Round-House Service Building, Storage Facility and design for rail car sheds to house antique coaches.
 
The scope of the project included renovation of existing interiors, masonry restoration, window and plaster replacement, re-roofing, flashing, and waterproofing. Site improvements included parking, decorative fencing, sidewalks, landscaping, irrigation, and lighting.
