WDG | Architects Engineers is providing Architectural and Engineering Design services for an addition on the first floor, renovations of the second-floor interior spaces, associated parking lots, sidewalks, site development, and a complete exterior envelope renovation. The existing building is elevated, with parking below the second-floor occupied space. WDG was asked to infill the underside of the building as well as renovate and expand the existing control room while maintaining continual operation for the faculty.
