Ronn oversees the design, project management, and construction administration of all projects and is heavily involved in the development of corporate design standards and technical support provision on all aspects of projects. Ronn is active in business development and oversees all client contracts. When away from work, Ronn enjoys traveling with his daughters and preparing for Mardi Gras Festivities with his krewe. Peter oversees the financial, legal, human resources and day to day operations of the firm. Peter is active in business development and strategic planning. On the weekends, Peter can be spotted walking his two French bulldogs or eating bagels at New Orleans’ first bagel company since Hurricane Katrina, Artz Bagelz, where he is a partner.  Jeffrey M. Stolier, AIA, NCARBAs Architectural Department Manager, Jeff oversees and participates in all design work by the architecture staff. Jeff is responsible for supervising design decisions and production standards, client relationship management, consultant coordination, specification writing, cost estimating, preparation of contracts and quality control and project execution, including construction observation. He is registered as an architect and interior designer, bringing a heightened scense of artistry and balance to both exterior and interior spaces. When he isn’t busy with design work for clients, Jeff works on his 100-year-old home renovation and chases after his three precious children.  Michael E. Herzog, P.E.Michael Herzog, Engineering Department Manager, is a registered mechanical engineer with over 25 years of experience in project management and design for central plants, educational facilities, laboratories, healthcare and control systems. He has specialized design experience in HVAC systems design and optimization of fluid flow systems, heat enhance systems and energy management systems. His project management experience includes coordination of multi-discipline engineering design and drafting teams, scheduling, estimating, and project cost controls. Mike spends his weekends and free time at Holy Cross football and basketball games where his youngest of three children plays.
