WDG | Architects Engineers provided Architectural and Engineering Design services for HourBlast, a 1,000-square-foot interior build-out of a retail storefront space at 821 Baronne Street, located in the booming Warehouse District of downtown New Orleans. The project scope involved the design of open workout space, locker and shower areas, and office and storage spaces, with a focus on maximizing use in a small tenant space. Acoustics and acoustical design were key considerations due to the nature of the workout program, which includes loud music and vocal instructions. The project was completed in 2016.
