WDG | Engineers provided Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing Design services for the renovation of the former Holiday Inn Hotel located on Chef Menteur Highway in New Orleans. The previously abandoned and graffitied hotel has now been transformed into new and modern housing for the community workforce, such as teachers, police officers, and first responders. The goal for the property is to lease housing to those who will help maintain and build our community.
