WDG | Architects Engineers is providing Architectural and Engineering Design services to Diamond Green Diesel LLC for the design of the Diamond Green Diesel Pilot Plant Facility located in Norco, LA.

WDG is teamed with a group of process engineers, subject matter experts, and site contractors to coordinate and deliver the proposed research and development facility which will be one of the first of its kind in the region. The facility is intended to have an open area for the Pilot Plant Unit as well as an Administration area that will accommodate the offices, Laboratory, and Control Room aspects along with support spaces.

DGD 2 CHEMICAL STORAGE FACILITY

WDG | Architects Engineers is providing Architectural and Engineering Design services to Diamond Green Diesel 2 Chemical Storage Facility, which is approximately 6,050 square feet. The facility is intended to have a containment curb at the perimeter with a roof and open on at least three sides. The facility will house approximately 120 single stacked pallets with a containment curb that will at a minimum contain one pallet to consolidate the storage location on site. The facility will also include a perimeter decorative fence to continue with the facility’s commitment to enhancing the image of the site.

DGD LABORATORY BUILDING

PORT ARTHUR, TEXAS

WDG | Architects Engineers provided Architectural and Engineering Design services to Valero Construction Management and Diamond Green Diesel Port Arthur to design a new Laboratory Building. The 6,750-square-foot laboratory building will consist of a main laboratory, offices, conference room, breakroom, IT/IS spaces, miscellaneous support spaces, and an exterior covered mechanical / specialty gas area, supporting their innovative production of renewable diesel.

The new warehouse facility is approximately 52,000 square feet, which includes administration space and warehouse space.
